Should you experience any problems with your Army Public Affairs equipment, please follow the procedures outlined below.
- Contact Integrity Data, Inc. (IDI) who will coordinate the repair or replacement of your inoperable equipment.
- To contact Integrity Data, Inc. (IDI) complete and submit an ArmyPA RMA (returned materials authorization) form directly to IDI by completing the form below.
- IDI will contact you and then issue an RMA # for the return of equipment and arrange for immediate replacement by expedited service.
-Following these procedures helps IDI support your equipment requirements in the most expeditious manner.
- We recommend a copy of the completed form with RMA# be kept inside of the original case to facilitate our completing your requirements or resolving any difficulties should they arise.
--We also recommend you keep a separate copy of the RMA for your records and future reference.
NOTE: This RMA process only applies to systems purchased after June 19, 2005 via the Defense Logistics Agency contract. Systems and equipment purchased through other sources or contract vehicles are not covered under this program.
